Human Interaction Management
The book that defined |
Customers ...HumanEdj is in use at over 100 organizations, including some of the largest in the world.
We see in HumanEdj the rise of something very interesting, maybe even a
'paradigm shift'. We would like to be part of this. I
am an looking for just what your Web documentation describes. I'm excited to see
how your program implements the concepts that I totally embrace having been so
frustrated by the existing lack that I've seen...
We are a developer of enterprise systems and capabilities for the US
government. We are hoping to use HumanEdj to provide a more practical and useful
solution to “workflow” in an enterprise sense. Where we have manual
fallouts in the process I would like to investigate how we can use better human
interaction to get the process back into the automatic flow.
I hope that HumanEdj will help my customers, big and small companies, who face
many collaboration challenges, internal & external. My companies offer different
management consulting services, and a need for such a tool as HumanEdj is large.
We aim to use this kind of software to make processes more visible to all
participants and to better analyse what is actually going on on. I would like
to use HumanEdj to further my investigation into supporting the information
worker in an ever changing business environment. I hope
HumanEdj can be used as a support pool for coordination and exchange of
information between engineering design teams. I came
across the concept of HumanEdj recently and it definitely hit a chord with me.
I've used various recruitment specific tools, but these do not avoid the spray
of emails and confusion that seems to be the norm. Having
spent a long time looking for BP, groupware and other tools, and perceiving
their all too evident limitations and constraints, I found your perspectives and
the specification of the HumanEdj tool to be most illuminating and distinctive.
We currently use Agile Software development and are investigating Lean
software development as a complement. I think that HIM and HumanEdj could be a
tremendous tool to allow us to rationalize our functional units communication
(with work validation and so on). We are really amazed to have discovered such a
revolutionary software.
We are experimenting, both on our own but more importantly for the review of
our intelligence and military clients. Our combined interests are to develop a
better computer-based communication model between us ... We want systems
that allow better collaboration, easier metric tracking, and allow the processes
to exist without dominating the human interaction of our employees as they work
to deal with the highly dynamic project environment. We want to focus on the
WORK and it's outcomes, not work to support the "process".
Having gone through the acquisition of a BPM toolkit, I understand some of
typical BPM issues especially as related to collaboration. I would like to test
the ideas of human interaction upon which HumanEdj is built with real-world
scenarios, especially long-running consultant interactions with clients and
research-related activities. I would like to use Human
Interaction Management (HIM) principles and methods to model our department’s
interaction both internally and with other departments and schools within our
district.
